In brief: the app supports independent study for the theoretical PZSS shooting-patent exam. It is not an official PZSS app or PZSS-approved material. Applicable law prevails on legal matters, while current official PZSS materials and exam rules are authoritative for the exam scope and rules. The app offers an annual auto-renewing subscription when available in the store.

These Terms govern use of Testy na patent, including study materials, questions, flashcards, quizzes, exam simulations, statistics and study plans, as well as paid features. Use of the app forms an agreement to use the available features under these Terms; subscription purchases are made through the store interface and are also subject to that store's terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or protections available to an individual trader under applicable law.
The app is an independent educational tool. The operator is not PZSS, a club, an examination board or a public authority. The app does not guarantee passing an exam or obtaining a patent.
The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the question bank and learning materials aligned with the official question list issued by PZSS. If there is a discrepancy concerning exam scope, wording, structure or rules, the current official PZSS materials and regulations published by PZSS take precedence. The current question list and regulations are available on the official PZSS website. On legal matters, current legislation published in official journals takes precedence. Answer options, keys and explanations created for the app are educational editorial content and are not an official PZSS answer key. Users should verify source materials themselves.
PZSS may change its questions or exam rules at any time. The operator makes efforts to reflect such changes but may miss one or release a correction later. Updating the app requires preparation of a new version, and its availability may also depend on Apple App Store or Google Play review and publication processes. Until an update is available, some app content may be outdated; check the current PZSS materials before the exam.
The app requires a compatible device and supported operating system; some features require internet access. Study progress may be stored locally. Uninstalling the app, device failure or clearing app data may erase it. The operator makes reasonable efforts to maintain the features and fix errors but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Data-processing details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
The paid product offered in the app is an annual subscription, if available for your account and region. Before you confirm a purchase, the relevant store displays the current price, currency, billing frequency, length and conditions of any trial, and the date paid billing begins. The information shown on the store's purchase-confirmation screen governs that transaction; these Terms do not set a fixed price or guarantee trial availability.
The subscription renews automatically for another term unless cancelled through the store settings before the current term ends. Cancellation prevents a future renewal; access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid term, unless the store states otherwise. Apple App Store or Google Play handles management, payments, trial eligibility and refund requests under its rules. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Check the store checkout and subscription settings.
The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app personally and non-commercially on their own devices while access is active. Circumventing security, disrupting the service, sharing paid access with third parties, or mass-copying or distributing protected app elements is prohibited. These restrictions do not affect mandatory statutory rights or rights in materials belonging to their respective owners.
Complaints about the app may be sent to adaks.media@gmail.com. Where possible, describe the feature and issue, device, operating-system and app versions, and purchase date. The operator will respond within the time required by applicable law. A store may handle payment or refunds, but its procedure does not remove rights the user has against the operator. Consumers retain mandatory remedies for digital content or services that do not conform to the contract.
A consumer may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Rules for digital content and services, commencement of performance and any loss of the withdrawal right depend on the type of supply and properly obtained declarations. Accepting these Terms alone does not waive statutory rights. A request may be sent to the operator or submitted through the store if that option is available.
App materials are for study and are not legal advice or an official PZSS interpretation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of educational materials or for the result of an actual examination. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.
Cap for business users. If the user contracts as a business and is not entitled to consumer protection, the operator's aggregate contractual liability for claims arising from the relevant paid subscription contract is, to the extent permitted by mandatory law, limited to the total amount actually paid by that user for that subscription. The cap does not cover liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including wilful misconduct or personal injury, and does not limit a duty to refund an amount due to the user. It does not apply to consumers or individuals entitled to consumer protection. A free trial does not automatically make the cap zero.
The operator may update the app and these Terms for valid reasons, including legal, security or product-development reasons. An updated version will show its update date. Changes do not remove rights already acquired or mandatory consumer rights. If a material change significantly affects a paid digital service, statutory remedies may apply.
These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections under the law applicable to the consumer. Nothing limits a consumer's right to bring proceedings before a competent court or to use available out-of-court dispute-resolution methods.
