In brief: the app does not require an account. Study progress, answers, statistics and settings are stored locally on your device. Reminders are scheduled by the device operating system. The app contains no first-party ads or analytics SDK. It connects to the internet, among other things, to check the catalogue/updates and open external pages. Apple or Google handles subscription purchases if they are available.

The app stores locally, among other things, answers, progress, study and exam results, statistics, study plans and review schedules, settings and local entitlement status. The operator does not receive this data from the app storage and does not synchronise study history to its own server. You can delete it using the app's deletion function, by clearing app data or uninstalling the app; system backups are governed by the system provider.
Reminder settings are stored locally and notifications are scheduled by iOS or Android. The app requests system permission when needed. It does not use its own push server for these reminders.
When checking the catalogue or update information, the app sends requests to the operator's server or a store, including the platform and language; store-version lookups may include the app package identifier. The server and infrastructure may automatically process ordinary connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, technical headers and request result. These requests do not send your answers, the question bank or study history. Links in the app may open PZSS, public authority, Apple or Google pages; their operators process data under their own terms.
If you contact the operator, the operator may process the contact details, message and attachments you provide, and information needed to handle your request or complaint. The scope depends on what you submit.
Subscription purchase, payment, trial-offer eligibility, cancellation and refunds are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play. The operator does not receive full payment-card details. A store may make purchase-status information available to the app or operator as needed to grant access. Apple and Google process data under their own documentation.
Data may be available to hosting, infrastructure, email and IT-support providers to the extent necessary for their services, to Apple/Google stores and to competent authorities where required by law. A provider acting on the operator's instructions processes data within the agreed scope. Some services may use infrastructure outside the EEA; where personal data is transferred to a third country, a transfer mechanism required by the GDPR is used. Apple, Google and external sites describe their own processing in their privacy policies.
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, receive portable data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or your local supervisory authority. Send requests to the operator's email address. Data stored only on your device must be deleted in the app or operating system.
Local storage is optional, but disabling it may limit features or result in lost progress. Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but may be necessary to answer your request. The operator does not make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means and does not conduct marketing profiling.
The server hosting this Policy may keep standard technical logs, including the IP address, request time, requested resource, browser type and response code. The website may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for its operation. If the operator introduces analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies, it will provide information and obtain consent where required. You can manage cookies stored in your browser through its settings.
The app is not directed at children and the operator does not intend to knowingly collect children's data. This policy describes the app version identified above; material changes to features or processing will be reflected in an updated policy.
