In brief: Testy KSAP is an independent app for preparing for the knowledge test in Poland's civil-service qualification process. It offers questions, flashcards, past papers and exam practice. It is not an official app of the National School of Public Administration (KSAP). An annual auto-renewing subscription is offered when available in the store.

These Terms govern use of the Testy KSAP app, its educational materials and paid features. The app includes questions, study mode, flashcards, past papers, knowledge-test simulations, practice results and explanations linking to sources. The availability of individual features may depend on the app version and your active access. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to the relevant store's terms.
The app is an independent educational tool. The operator is not KSAP, the authority conducting the qualification process or an examination board. A result obtained in the app is a practice result and is not an official result of the qualification process. The app helps users prepare for the knowledge section; the actual process also includes a skills test and other applicable requirements.
Questions from earlier years should be read in light of the year of the paper and the legal position applicable at that time. The operator makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable explanations and source links, but laws, data and qualification rules may change. Before taking the actual test, check current information on the KSAP website and current legislation in official publications. The app does not guarantee a particular result or appointment.
The app requires a compatible device and supported operating system. Some features require an internet connection. Study progress and practice results are stored locally; clearing app data, losing the device or uninstalling the app may erase them. The operator makes reasonable efforts to maintain the app and fix errors. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Where available for your account and region, the app offers an annual auto-renewing subscription. Before purchase, the store displays the current price, currency, billing period and terms of any trial offer. The terms shown when you confirm the purchase apply to that transaction; these Terms do not set a fixed price or guarantee a trial.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled under the store's rules before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents the next charge, while access generally continues until the end of the paid period unless the store states otherwise. Manage your subscription in Apple App Store or Google Play settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app personally within the scope of your available access. You must not circumvent security, disrupt the app or mass-copy or distribute its protected elements. Rights in external materials remain with their respective owners. These restrictions do not affect rights granted to you by mandatory law.
Complaints about the app may be sent to adaks.media@gmail.com. It helps to describe the problem, app and operating-system versions, and purchase date if the issue concerns a subscription. The operator will respond within the period required by law. A store's payment or refund procedures do not remove the consumer's rights against the operator where digital content or a digital service does not conform to the contract.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract under the rules set by applicable law. For digital content and services, the type of supply, when delivery begins, and the legally required information and declarations matter. Accepting these Terms alone does not waive the right of withdrawal. A withdrawal notice may be sent to the operator; you may also use a store procedure where one is available.
Materials in the app are for study. They are not an official result, an official KSAP interpretation or individual legal advice. The operator does not guarantee the result of the actual qualification process. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or user rights where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
The operator may update the app and these Terms for valid reasons, particularly changes in law, security, bug fixes or feature development. A new document version will show its date. Changes do not remove rights already acquired or mandatory consumer protections.
These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law. Nothing restricts a consumer's right to use a competent court or available out-of-court dispute-resolution methods. The Polish version is the original and legally binding version. If it differs from this translation, the Polish version prevails, subject to mandatory legal rights.
