Privacy Policy for the Testy KSAP App

Version 1.0 — 28 September 2026

English translation: This text is a translation for convenience. The Polish version is the original and controlling version. If the two versions differ, the Polish version prevails, subject to mandatory legal rights.

In brief: the app does not require an account. Answers, study progress and practice results are stored locally on your device. The app may connect to the internet to check for updates, display the operator's other apps, handle purchases and open source materials. Purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.

1. Controller and contact

The controller of data processed by the operator is ADAKS MEDIA DANIEL DOBROWOLSKI, Mściszów 112B, 59-800 Lubań, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP) PL6152062671. Contact: adaks.media@gmail.com.

2. Data processed

Data stored on your device

The app stores answers, study progress, practice and exam results, statistics, reminder settings and information needed to remember access to paid features locally. The operator does not provide its own user account or synchronise your study history with its own server. You can remove local data in the app, by clearing its data or by uninstalling it. Device backups are governed by the system provider's rules.

Reminders

If you enable reminders, their settings are stored locally and notifications are scheduled by your device's operating system. The app requests system permission when necessary. It does not use its own server to send these reminders.

Internet connections

When checking for updates or loading the operator's other-app catalogue, the app may connect to dobrysoftware.com or a store service. The server may then receive ordinary technical connection data, including the IP address, request date and time, requested resource and technical headers. These requests do not include your study history or answers. Opening a source, external website or store connects to its operator, which applies its own privacy rules.

Purchases and contact

Apple App Store or Google Play handles subscription purchases, payments, any trial period, renewals and cancellations. The app receives purchase-status information needed to grant access; the operator does not receive full payment-card details. If you contact the operator, your contact details, message and any attachments you provide will be processed.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• providing access to app features and handling purchases — performance of a contract;
• responding to messages and complaints — performance of a contract, a legal obligation or the controller's legitimate interest, depending on the matter;
• security and diagnostics of the operator's internet services — the operator's legitimate interest;
• accounting and financial records — a legal obligation.

Study data kept only on your device is not sent to the operator for these purposes.

4. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Where necessary, data may be available to hosting, email and technical-support providers, Apple or Google, and competent authorities where required by law. These providers may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the bases and safeguards required by the GDPR apply. Apple, Google and operators of external websites explain their own processing in their respective documents.

5. Retention

• local data — until removed from the device, subject to any system backups;
• messages and complaints — while the matter is handled and afterwards for the period needed to demonstrate compliance or defend claims;
• technical logs — for the period needed for security, diagnostics and service maintenance, then deleted or anonymised;
• accounting documents — for the period required by law;
• data held by stores — under Apple or Google's own rules.

6. Your rights

Where provided by law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority. For data processed by the operator, contact adaks.media@gmail.com. Data stored only on your device must be removed in the app or operating system.

7. Voluntary data and automated decisions

Providing information in correspondence is voluntary, but it may be needed to answer you. Local storage is needed to preserve progress and settings. The operator does not make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means and does not conduct marketing profiling.

8. Website

The server hosting this document may record technical connection data. Information about cookies and similar technologies used by the website itself should be provided separately according to its actual configuration.

9. Changes and contact

The app is not directed at children. Material changes to data processing will be reflected in an updated Policy.
